Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Office experience in a dental/medical office is preferred.
• Experience with children's dentistry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet patients and parents and keep waiting areas tidy.
• Coordinate with clinical team to provide same-day care opportunities.
• Help meet office financial targets by supporting scheduling and patient flow.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
