Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Office experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
• Experience with children's dentistry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in/check-out.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet patients and parents; keep them informed of appointment progress.
• Maintain a clean waiting and front desk area.
• Coordinate with clinical team to facilitate same-day care.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and recalls.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the correct person.
• Ensure records are correctly filed and updated daily.
