Job summary

Keystone Dental Partners seeks a Patient Coordinator to deliver a welcoming experience and help manage the front desk and some clinical tasks. You will coordinate patient flow, verify insurance, discuss costs with patients, and support both front office and clinical teams.

Opportunity for cross-training in clinical duties and potential enrollment in additional training. Benefit-eligible with comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dental, medical, customer service, or front-office preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications.
• Coordinate patient flow and keep daily schedule running smoothly.
• Review treatment estimates, insurance coverage, and patient financial responsibilities.
• Collect payments, copays, balances, and deposits.
• Verify and update patient and insurance information.
• Assist with insurance verification and benefit confirmation.
• Partner with doctors, dental assistants, hygienists, and team members.
• Participate in clinical cross-training to support patients during visits.
