Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly
2. Checking-in patients (verifying insurance and confirming patient information)
3. Collecting payments
4. Communicating patient’s arrival promptly
5. Managing administrative records
6. Getting patients into the office to ensure office success

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist - at least 1 year
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Thursday and 2 Saturdays per month
• Salary Range: $20.00-$25.00/hour
• Location: Shillington, PA
