Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls and schedules patients
• Verifies insurance eligibility and processes co-pays
• Coordinates with Dentist and Hygienist to fit patients' schedules
• Maintains patient database with new information
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments
• Directs patients to waiting areas and updates waiting times
• Follows policies to prevent spread of diseases
