Qualifications

• Experience in a dental office is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Communicate promptly and clearly with patients via phone, email, or other methods.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and informative manner.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Ensure patient data is securely stored and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Coordinate patient appointments within dental providers schedules and treatment room availability.
