Responsibilities

• Educate patients on dental procedures and treatment options.
• Utilize CDT dental procedure codes to bill insurance and maximize benefits.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial planning with patients.
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments to ensure timely care.
• Maintain detailed organization of patient records and EOD reporting.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
