Advantage Dental+ in Prineville, Oregon is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our patient‑centered team. You will greet patients, gather information, verify insurance eligibility, manage scheduling, collect payments, and answer questions about financial arrangements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in healthcare or customer service, knowledge of dental insurance, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma required; healthcare/business education preferred.
• Minimum of two years in dental/medical or customer service.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and families and make them feel welcome.
• Gather patient information, create files, verify insurance eligibility.
• Maintain productive daily schedule and future appointments.
• Confirm appointments and update scheduling as needed.
• Answer questions about insurance and financial arrangements.
• Collect and post payments from patients and insurers.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
