Pediatric Dentistry of Catskill in Catskill, NY is hiring a Dental Assistant - Full-Time to support our pediatric patients with gentle, quality care. You will provide chairside assistance, take X-rays, prep patients, and help keep operatories clean and organized.

We offer $20-$25 per hour with a $1,200 sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and a Monday–Friday schedule 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility. On-site role in Catskill.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental or orthodontic assisting experience or RDA certification.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, caring presence with children.
• Team-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during exams and procedures.
• Take dental X-rays and support the hygiene team.
• Prepare patients for treatment and help them feel comfortable.
• Maintain clean, organized operatories and ensure sterilization protocols are followed.
• Help manage supplies and assist with basic front office tasks.
• Engage with children and families in a friendly, reassuring manner.
