Pediatric Dentistry of Monsey in Monsey, NY is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our pediatric team. This in-person role supports dentists, assists with exams, and helps manage patient flow to deliver friendly, high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental or orthodontic assistant experience or RDA certification.
• X-ray license preferred.
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with dental charting and treatment planning.
• Friendly, professional, and calm demeanor—especially with kids.
• Willingness to relocate to Monsey, NY if not local.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during exams and procedures (chairside support).
• Take dental X-rays and support hygiene appointments.
• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Set up and clean operatories, manage supply inventory.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Educate, comfort, and engage pediatric patients during their visit.
• Assist with front office duties as needed.

Schedule:
