North Country Pediatric Dentistry in Plattsburgh, NY is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join a pediatric team. Provide chairside assistance, take X-rays, prep patients, and help the hygiene team in a friendly, supportive environment.

We offer $26-$29/hour, a $1,200 sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package (401(k), health/dental/vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA, PTO, staff discounts). On-site in Plattsburgh and Malone.

Formación

• 1+ year of dental or orthodontic assisting experience, or RDA certification
• X-ray license preferred
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, caring presence with children
• Team-oriented and dependable

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during exams and procedures
• Take dental X-rays and support the hygiene team
• Prepare patients for treatment and help them feel comfortable
• Maintain clean, organized operatories and ensure sterilization protocols are followed
• Help manage supplies and assist with basic front office tasks
• Engage with children and families in a friendly, reassuring manner

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Typical hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility)
• On-site role at our Plattsburgh and Malone, NY office

• Local candidates preferred, but relocation to Malone is welcome
