Johnson Family Dental is seeking an office manager to oversee daily operations and support a positive patient experience. The role runs 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on scheduling, collections, inventory, and overall office efficiency.

You will lead a team, ensure staff productivity, and coordinate trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, and compliance to uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an office manager in a dental office.
• Experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
• Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
• Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance
