Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental office management experience.
- Or 5+ years of dental front-office experience with demonstrated leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with dental practice management software and basic technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily practice operations to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Partner with doctors and clinical teams to optimize scheduling, patient flow, and productivity.
- Lead, coach, and support administrative staff while maintaining a positive culture.
- Manage practice financials, including budgeting, reporting, collections, and procurement.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Monitor practice metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
