Park Place Dental is looking for an experienced, proactive Dental Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our practice. This is an opportunity for a strong dental leader to make a meaningful impact on team performance, operational efficiency, and the overall success of the practice.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily practice operations and ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.
• Partner with doctors and clinical teams to optimize scheduling, patient flow, and productivity.
• Lead, coach, and support administrative team members while fostering a positive, professional culture.
• Manage practice financials, including budgeting, reporting, collections, and procurement.
• Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and team performance.
• Monitor practice metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Leverage practice management systems and technology to support effective office operations.
• Utilize strong insurance knowledge to help maximize collections and support the financial health of the practice.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of dental office management experience or 5+ years of dental front-office experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong understanding of dental practice operations and insurance.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with dental practice management software and basic technology systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
