Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of dental practice experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proven reliability and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day team questions and coordination.
• Assist the Office Manager in monitoring team performance and workflow efficiency.
• Help onboard and mentor new team members.
• Ensure daily schedules, tasks, and responsibilities are executed effectively.
• Act as liaison between team and management to communicate needs, updates, and concerns.
• Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and offer leadership suggestions.
• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
• Continue performing core responsibilities of their main role.
