Job summary

CBHA is seeking a Dental Operations Supervisor in Washington to lead and mentor the clinical support staff, including dental assistants. You will model compassionate care, oversee hiring and onboarding, and coordinate training initiatives in collaboration with the Dental Operations Director and leadership team.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining morale, ensuring patient-centered care, and driving efficient back-office operations across scheduling, billing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1. Minimum 1 year experience in primary healthcare or related professional setting.
• 2. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• 3. CPR certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all clinical support staff.
• Assist with hiring new clinical support staff and coordinate onboarding.
• Coordinate training and development of Clinical Support staff.
• Ensure clinical support staff morale and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with dental leadership to optimize back-office operations (scheduling, billing, insurance, compliance).
• Provide regular feedback and support to staff; document disciplinary actions with HR.
