Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in Blaine, MN is seeking a Team Leader to guide the Midwest Dental team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support treatment planning, and coach a talented front office and clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Dental office leadership experience or senior dental front office experience required.
• Strong treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate in fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of dental terminology and patient communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations.
• Provide leadership to front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance.
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management.
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations.
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care.
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies.
