Smile Brands in Blaine, MN is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations for the Midwest Dental team. You will lead the front and back office, support treatment planning, coach staff, and ensure outstanding patient experiences in a fast-paced practice.

The role requires dental office leadership experience or senior front office experience, with a strong grasp of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance.
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management.
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations.
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care.
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies.
