AltaMed Health Services seeks a Dental Supervisor to oversee the dental back office, including patient flow, sterilization, inventory, charting, and safety practices. You will mentor and train back-office staff while ensuring efficient operations and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience in a dental office setting required
• Active Registered Dental Assistant certification along with sealant certification required.
• Current Valid BLS Certification.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• The Dental Supervisor is responsible for oversight and coordination of staff functions related to dental back office, including patient flow, sterilization, inventory and supply ordering, chart documentation, quality and safety practices as they relate to dental back-office staff.
• Mentor, coach, and train new dental back-office staff to ensure efficient operations.
