Qualifications

• Current valid BLS certification.

• Oversee and coordinate staff functions related to the dental back office, including patient flow, sterilization, inventory and supply ordering, and chart documentation.
• Ensure efficiency of back-office dental operations and mentor, coach, and train new dental back-office staff.
