Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in a dental office setting required.
• Active Registered Dental Assistant certification with sealant certification required.
• Current BLS Certification.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate staff functions related to the dental back office, including patient flow, sterilization, inventory, chart documentation, and safety practices.
• Mentor, coach, and train new dental back-office staff.
• Ensure efficiency of back-office dental operations and overall staff performance.
