AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Dental Office Manager to coordinate the business, operational, compliance and clinical dental activities at one or more AltaMed locations. You will work with the Site Dental Director to ensure efficient workflows and outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration (or 4 years of healthcare experience in lieu) and at least 2 years of dental office leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a dental office setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business, operational, compliance and clinical dental activities across one or more AltaMed locations.
• Collaborate with the Site Dental Director, Clinic Director and corporate dental leaders to align with strategic goals.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and drive improvement across quality, service, finance and people metrics.
