Job summary

Webster Dental Care Edison Park is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day business office operations, including patient and staff relations, recruitment, and compliance. The role emphasizes leadership of marketing and communications efforts, training, and motivation across the practice.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in dental/healthcare management, strong leadership and communication, and experience with Dentrix and Office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Experience supervising teams of 10+ employees preferred.
• Proficiency with Dentrix preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
• Ensure efficient patient scheduling, provider productivity, and patient flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators: production, collections, treatment acceptance, AR, hygiene recalls, new patient growth.
• Maintain daily financial reporting, deposits, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure patient balances are collected per policies.
• Lead staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with IT on hardware, software, and security initiatives.
