Gold Coast Dental is seeking an experienced Office Manager to run daily operations, improve patient experience, and drive practice profitability. You will lead the team, oversee scheduling, billing, and insurance processes, and partner with doctors to meet financial and patient-care goals.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and a collaborative culture. A proven leadership track record in a dental setting is required, with Open Dental experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of dental office management experience.
• Strong understanding of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, billing, and collections.
• Experience with Open Dental Software is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office and ensure efficiency.
• Drive growth in general dentistry, hygiene, specialty services, production, and collections.
• Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable for goals.
• Manage billing, collections, insurance processes, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure financial reporting and support monthly/annual goals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment.
• Lead and develop the dental team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with doctors and leadership to improve patient care and operations.
