• Minimum of one year of managing a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all operations in support of doctors to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments and collections.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales to goals.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to align expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
