Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations, support doctors, and build trust with patients. You’ll participate in an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

You’ll hire and develop staff, provide superior patient service, verify insurance payments, review monthly results, and lead daily huddles to align goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership of office staff and teams in a dental practice.
• Strong communication and patient-service focus.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and standards.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales to goals.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
