PDS Health is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in driving financial performance and growth across assigned locations. The role focuses on executing the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) to gain Patients for Life while leading front office teams.

You will help maintain strong patient relations, oversee daily operations, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold company culture, values, and standards.
• Act as manager in Operations Manager's absence for the supported practice.
• Plan and assign work schedules to front office staff.
• Develop patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
• Lead daily huddles and participate in meetings as required.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocols are followed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
