Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in the dental field, with two (2) years in a management position, preferably in an FQHC setting.
• Current and valid CPR certification.
• 8 Hour Infection Control certification.
• Familiar with dental insurance codes, processing claims, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day dental functions and patient services for multiple Omni clinics.
• Manages front and back office staff and patient care quality.
• Handles staff hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, performance reviews, onboarding, and discipline.
• Manages billing, insurance claims, POS, coding procedures, and budgeting.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper patient record keeping.
