Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager, also called an Operations Lead, to support daily front office operations and foster patient trust. You will complete an eight-week training program and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth scheduling and service.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, data-driven decision making, and leadership of non-clinical staff to maintain a high-standard practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Supervise daily non-clinical team tasks under Manager.
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, balance nightly deposits, and process payments.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by Manager.

Education
