Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager, called an Operations Lead, to oversee daily front office tasks and deliver exceptional patient service while supporting the dental team.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies and procedures, and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments and collections.
• Under the Manager, supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
• Review data daily to evaluate impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments and balance nightly deposits and card processing.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
