Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking with data leverage.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior front office service and scheduling support.
• Verify insurance and assist with billing and collections.
• Supervise non-clinical team under the Manager.
• Contribute to daily data review and practice performance.
• Oversee patient scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Support treatment option discussions with patients in coordination with clinical team.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Education
