Aspen Dental invites you to join as an Assistant Dental Office Manager, or Operations Lead, leading daily front-office tasks and enabling a seamless patient experience. You’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in the role and support a patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with dental team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments and collections.
• Under Manager direction, supervise daily non-clinical team tasks.
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections and nightly deposits.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
