Aspen Dental is hiring an Assistant Dental Office Manager, called an Operations Lead, in the United States. This full-time role offers $18-$20 per hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

You will supervise the non-clinical team, oversee scheduling and patient communications, verify insurance payments, and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment.
• Supervise non-clinical team and reinforce daily tasks.
• Review data daily to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payment, collection, deposits and card processing.
• Handle additional tasks as directed by the Manager.
