Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns and educating patients.
• Oversee daily office operations and coordination with doctors and staff.
