Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of leadership or management experience in a dental office.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong patient-management experience, including resolving concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice-management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
