Job summary

Renaissance Dental Implant Center seeks an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations of a modern dental implant practice and deliver a five-star patient experience. Lead administrative teams, optimize workflows, and support growth with meticulous attention to detail and a patient-centered approach.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and oversight of patient accounts, scheduling, and compliance, in a facility with on-site lab and Level 1 anesthesia

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental implant practice or similar setting.
• Knowledge of scheduling, treatment plans, insurance, collections, and patient accounts.
• Proven supervisory leadership in a dental/healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with dental practice-management software and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions in partnership with the doctor.
• Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office.
• Ensure the office is organized for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain equipment, technology, supplies, and facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and procedures.
• Ensure exceptional patient service from first call to treatment completion.
• Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor new patient inquiries, scheduling, and cancellations.
