You will oversee patient flow, insurance verification, and payment collection, while reviewing business results and driving improvements in practice performance. Collaboration with providers, marketing initiatives, and compliance are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship-building skills and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns and educating treatment options, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.
• Regular review of business results, profit and loss management, and strategy development to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure priorities and tasks are communicated clearly.
• Lead local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and job functions.
