Responsibilities include addressing patient concerns, reviewing financials, collaborating across teams, and guiding marketing efforts to grow patient volume while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship building skills and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns, educating treatment options and verifying insurance.
• Review business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies to improve performance.
