• Regularly review business results, manage profit and loss, and create plans to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure priorities and tasks are communicated regularly.
• Lead local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
