Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dental office operations and workflows.
• Experience with insurance processes, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Ability to supervise and develop administrative team members.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements and patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software; Open Dental experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow of the dental office.
