Job summary

Elite Dental Partners in Des Plaines, IL seeks an Office Manager to lead the team and manage day-to-day operations, patient experience, and financial performance.

You will collaborate with dentists, optimize schedule and revenue, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure compliant, high-quality patient care. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years' management experience in healthcare or retail is preferred; Dentrix and MS Office proficiency are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• Three years of management experience including P&L oversight; dental/healthcare or retail management preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and working with dental software; Dentrix experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations to exceed goals including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility including forecasts.
• Partner with the Dentist(s) to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member’s success and development.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure proper support for practice operation.
• Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
