Cottonwood Creek Dental is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice in Eagle, Idaho. The ideal candidate will lead front and clinical teams, ensure smooth scheduling, billing, and patient communication, and uphold a welcoming patient experience.

You will drive process improvements, support a positive workplace culture, and coordinate with providers to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years previous dental office experience required.
• Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and practice operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Dentrix or Open Dental Software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
