Dental Dreams in Darby, PA seeks an Office Manager with dental practice managerial experience. This role focuses on achieving operational goals, supervising staff, managing patient relations, and supporting front desk scheduling and dental teams.

• Managerial and Dental Assistant experience
• Outstanding customer service focused on patients and staff
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Responsabilidades

• Supervise front and back-office staff and cover those roles as needed
• Foster a patient-centric culture and service mindset
• Hire and train support staff, manage performance and reviews
• Verify dental benefits and manage check-in/out processes
• Explain treatment plans and assist with presenting them
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles
• Oversee patient scheduling per goals
• Create claims and submit pre-authorizations promptly
• Pull charts for future appointments and perform other duties
