Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience; dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship building, and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns and education of treatment options; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Regular review of business results; manage profit and loss; create strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure priorities and tasks are communicated.
• Lead local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
