The role involves managing patient concerns, insurance verification, payment collections, and driving business performance through strategic initiatives. This position requires strong leadership and a commitment to compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience; dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship building skills and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns and education of treatment options, verification of insurance, and collection of payment.
• Regular review of business results, profit and loss management, creation of strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with providers and office staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated.
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; travel as needed for training and to perform functions.
