Job summary

DOCS Health in Kentucky is seeking an Office Manager to lead a high-performing dental team in a modern, patient-focused private practice. You’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance, shaping patient experience and business success.

The role requires at least two years of dental office management, familiarity with HIPAA/OSHA, and a hands-on leadership style. Some Saturdays are included; a $10,000 introduction/retention bonus is offered.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dental office management or healthcare leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dental office operations, insurance processes, and patient scheduling systems.
  • Experience managing budgets, controlling expenses, and meeting revenue goals.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Comfortable working full-time hours including some Saturdays.
