Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Dental Operations Manager to oversee seven DOCS Dental practices across the United States. You will audit revenue and expenses, review staffing with Office Managers, and drive continuous improvement in operations.

The role requires 4+ years of multi-site management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75%. You will lead teams, coach staff, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-site dental management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Highly organized, self-directed with excellent prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams in multi-unit environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze revenue performance, operational workflows, and expense controls across all assigned practices.
• Partner with Office Managers to review daily production schedules, ensuring optimal staffing and cost efficiency.
• Develop, train, and lead teams using established operating principles, policies, and best practices.
• Identify root causes of under-performance through data analysis and reporting; design and execute corrective action plans
• Collaborate with Office Managers and the Director of Operations to resolve cost variances and operational gaps.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve regional objectives.
• Ensure practices maintain clean, organized environments.
• Oversee and/or conduct month-end physical inventory of supplies and materials.
• Conduct or ensure completion of safety audits across assigned locations.
• Lead or support special projects and additional initiatives, as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel within assigned territory, up to 75%.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
