Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Tacoma seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily clinical operations and support a kid-friendly patient experience. You will manage workflow, scheduling, staffing, and process improvements to ensure efficient, high-quality care for children and their caregivers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of management and at least 3 years in dental settings, with Denticon software and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years dental experience.
• Proficiency with dental software (Denticon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patience.
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow.

A Typical Day as an Operations Manager:

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patience
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule:

• 8+-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Daytime hours - No nights!
• Availability to respond to patient and employee issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
• Saturday work as needed
