Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Cartersville, GA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily clinical and administrative operations in a busy pediatric practice. You will coordinate scheduling, staffing, patient flow, and office performance to ensure a friendly, stress-free experience for kids and their caregivers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience and at least 3 years dental office exposure, with working knowledge of Cloud 9 and Denticon and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience.
• At least 3 years dental office experience.
• Proficiency in dental software (Cloud 9 & Denticon) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patients.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is required.

• Payroll processing experience is a plus!
• Exceptional organization skills!

A Typical Day as an Operations Manager:

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patience
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
• Some Saturday work as needed
