Lone Peak Dental Group seeks an Operations Manager for a Kids-focused dental office in Phoenix. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to create a positive pediatric experience.

The role requires leadership, organization, and experience in dental settings. The team emphasizes a fun, kid-friendly environment, ongoing coaching, and professional growth opportunities within the Lone Peak network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
• A minimum of 3 years dental experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical operations.
• Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus!
• Exceptional organization skills!
• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patient appointments.
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and a kid-friendly environment.

A Typical Day As An Operations Manager

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patience
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
